Chuck has been involved with Real Estate his whole life.  First as a carpenter while in college, then as a project manager for a large residential builder.  In the 1990s Chuck was responsible for the development of several large commercial and industrial facilities valued at over $40 million dollars. 

In 2004 Chuck became licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California.  He has seen good markets and bad.  Times of high value appreciation and times when prices were going down.  He has personally renovated numerous properties and been involved in many real estate investments, some that made money and some that didn't.  He knows how to evaluate a property's potential and how to analyze market conditions.  He knows when its time for action and when its time for caution.
