Ever-poised to increase her business acumen and refine services to her clients, Jana recently completed the Management Training and Leadership Course offered by the Wine Country Group.  Presented and facilitated by Sanda K. Schaefer, J.D. President of The Management Awareness Project, topics included: Leadership Styles and Selection; Profit and Loss Studies; Factors of Production; and Revenue/Expense Areas.  A consistent Sonoma County producer, Jana thrives on anticipating and navigating the unfolding real estate industry.  Jana's success is based on her ability to synthesize practical applications to place at the service of her clientele. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Religion from the University of San Francisco, Jana completed a master's certificate in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.  Having lived in the northeast, followed by a brief residency in the southwest, Jana returned to Sonoma County.  Married, with two school-aged children, Jana is an active participant in causes that matter most to her.
